Missing stuff

I received the watch and it seems good. However, 1) The warranty card is not filled, so the warranty does not apply. 2) There is no user manual inside. 3) The buckle is not what is shown in the pictures (see picture 4). I contacted Drop ten days ago and they said they will look into it. Ten days later there is still no response. Every time I ask, the response is that they are figuring things out. This is not down to the watch, but the entire experience is very frustrating. I have bought from Drop before but did not need customer service except once. I will need to be more careful in the future.

Watch came damaged, I was told by drop to contact Edox. I did, sent required information and pictures and have heard nothing since. That was 13 days ago.

Worth it

Looks great, feels great! Neither looks nor feels as thick as the measurement would suggest- its design is exquisite. Accurate so far, the rest time will tell :) If I have to nitpick I'll point out the lack of a manual within the contents (has to be searched online), and how the leather strap feels slightly dried out. Love the warranty card which comes in the convenient (and professional) form factor of a credit card though
