Packing on this drop was terrible. Over stuffing a flat rate box with no padding resulted in serious damage to the game box.
That is unacceptable. Hopefully something is done for it. My tracking still is showing nothing...
Found this on Massdrop's faq page. "All warranties, product defects, or malfunctions should be handled directly with the manufacturer. If they are unwilling to honor their product warranty, contact us within the manufacturer’s warranty period and we will coordinate the product exchange or repair on your behalf."
