We've been working with FedEx trying to trace and locate the missing shipment for the past week, unfortunately at this point it's looking rather unlikely that we will be able to retrieve the missing shipment.
In the meantime, we have been working with Elephantwallet to prepare additional wallets to make up for the missing order. And we were told that the order is still on track to be shipped from Poland by January 15.
We understand this delay is rather undesirable. If you prefer not to wait for the wallets and want to have your order cancelled, just email us at support@massdrop.com, and we will process the refund right away.
Expect an update from us on 1/20 or sooner if something comes up.
