On their website you can order additional elastic bands for an extra $2. Can this be as an option for this drop?

ChristopherJWhen I try to do this, it tells me "Invalid selection specified" with an asterisk next to the carbon fiber option. I am assuming it is because the carbon fiber is now sold out, but I already had it chosen (not trying to change to it now) and just want to add a second band.

ChristopherJI have the white carbon fiber version and it's not letting me add another one [strap] (I think because it thinks my selection of White Carbon Fiber is no longer available)

ChristopherJI sent an email as soon as I saw that the drop was ended and, fortunately, they had enough time to add it for me. I was never able to add it by editing my order though.

graefelnI'm glad that it worked out for you. The extra band was something we added to the drop due to user request, but the drop sold out shortly after that.

ChristopherJI don't think changing the rules that close to the end is good business. It makes people feel a little cheated (or at least, I feel cheated). I went to their site and can't even find how to order a single band. This is the second drop where a last minute change has been an annoyance. I recommend that you review your policies internally. I think that a week of notice is the bare minimum.

jeepThe place to order a single band on their site is oddly placed on their site imo. Looks like you have to hit 'shop' and just scroll down till you see "additional band for N waller" or 'x' wallet. I too don't like that they did that but I don't think I would have been able to order a pure red band I wanted anyway. still sucks though...

jeepI'm not sure as I've not gotten that far myself but I do imagine that would be the case. Shipping on small items might be crazy though. I guess it depends on how they ship though.
