This is my second Emile Henry dutch oven. Between these and my couple of Staubs, I've got stews, roasts, and even warming leftovers covered. Doesn't need to be babied like some reviewers have said elsewhere, just understand how its light weight means you can't throw it around or drop it into a sink - but would you do this with any cookware?
It's everything it promised to be. It's perfect for making beef stew, shepherd's pie, soups, braised anything, etc. Goes from the cooktop to the oven. Holds heat very well. Looks great!
