l was very excited to get my baker but when it arrived it had broken in several pieces. It was packaged poorly and I was very disappointed. I had to mail back the broken pieces to get my refund which did come through. Definitely makes me think twice before ordering anything that has breakable parts to it though. I'm sure the quality of the baker was very good and I would give it a 5 for that part, but 1 for service and delivery.
