Empire Apothecary Candles
Wood-Wick Candles, Poured by Hand
Hand-poured in Empire Apothecary’s Brooklyn studio, these candles come in a variety of pleasant, room-filling scents. Each one is made of 100-percent US-grown soy wax with a 40-hour burn time. Light the lemon cream candle for a calming effect at the end of the day, or make the espresso candle part of your morning routine. There are fruity fragrances and earthy fragrances; one that recalls an island vacation and another inspired by the late David Bowie. In the center of each candle, a signature wooden wick gives off a beautiful flame and ensures an even, full melt pool for optimal fragrance throw.
Note: At checkout, you’ll have your choice of nine scents: Herbal Pear, Rosemary Citrus, Lemon Cream, Parfait, Espresso, Indica, Life on Mars?, or Pipa Fria.

- No. 2 Rosemary Citrus: mellow, herbal rosemary base note, brightened by ripe grapefruit
- No. 3 Lemon Cream: warm vanilla scent coupled with zesty lemon for a clean, bright fragrance
- No. 4 Parfait: rich, warm scent blending the sweetness of banana with the warmth of roasted nuts, clove, nutmeg, and cinnamon in an homage to the morning treat
- No. 5 Espresso: simple, dark scent with the familiar aroma of deep roasted coffee
- No. 7 Indica: take notes from the odor that lingers around the farms of Humboldt County; heady notes of sage, patchouli, dust, and sweet orange
