I don't know why But I have never received mine, was supposed to Ship on the 22nd of December, than I get an email of a Delay. I am not happy and the lack of communication I have received does not do crap to reassure me. I am strongly considering canceling this a demanding a refund, unless my headphones are shipped by the end of this month that is what I will do. This was the first item I bought from Drop. Drop was recommended buy several Youtuber's and Streamer's, but now I think this will be the last time for me at least. Edit 01/05/2021: Just canceled my order. Customer service is crap. No info on the delay is extremely suspicious, I will order these through Emu's site. Drop now has one less customer. Edit 01/08/2021: Not satisficed with the service I will be advising my follower's not to use Drop. It is not worth the time or money. I have notified my bank that drop's customer service and lack of knowledge on delay's is extremely suspicious.
