Just got my order. It didn't come with a manual. Is there a guide on how to adjust this thing? I'm new to chronographs.

nivekStandard operations:
Crown - First click out : Adjust Date - Second click out: Adjust Time (might want to do this before you adjust time so you get AM/PM date correct)
Top button : Start / Stop Bottom button : Split / Reset
There might be a little plastic crown stopper that needs to be removed before the crown can return to the disengaged position next to the face.

nivekGenerally speaking, six times per year you'd need to progress the date wheel for months that don't have 31 days. I imagine that's the case here.
