Is there a clip that fits on this pen? The only thing stopping me from buying this is a lack of a clip.

JdjungJdjung , I have not seen any clip for this pen on their website. I can’t think of any other brand that has a clip that would fit this pen. Perhaps someone will know of one. I did want to share this thought, this is a pretty heavy pen and has a beautiful finish. Due to the weight and size, this pen isn’t likely to be a front shirt pocket pen. I imagine it could be carried in pants/jeans pockets. It would still be pretty heavy in pants pockets, you wold definitely know it’s there. I am not sure that an after market clip would be strong enough to secure it. Mine has held up well traveling to and fro in my backpack. I just keep it in a snug, soft sleeve and have not had any problems with leaks or the cap coming off or anything. Oh.. it did require extra scrutiny in security at the airport, being a large, heavy bullet shaped object. So remember to put it in the grey bin and save yourself from having your bags searched 😀 Don’t let the lack of a clip prevent you from buying such a great pen - My 2 cents. ,

j-e-gIt is a bit heavy for me to be too practical...but cool nonetheless

omkarmaThat was my initial thought too omkara... But, I totally love this pen and actually like the weight of it. I use it all the time, definitely one of my favorites. Sometimes when I am using another pen, I am missing that added weight.

j-e-gThanks for the reply it is a tough choice between this or the aluminum Kaweko pen. I have pens without clips and they end up being very uncomfortable in the pocket. This pen however is made in Los Angeles where I live and I like to support local businesses. Arggh tough choice. :)

JdjungIf you are looking for one that fits into a pocket and has a clip... I would suggest you look more at the aluminum Kaweco or the Kara’s customs. Both are smaller and easily slip into a Hirt or pants pocket. Kaweco does sell clips for a use bucks. Kara’s has attached clips that look quite sturdy. Kara’s have 2 styles and offer aluminum pens in a large variety of colors.. you can choose the color of the grip, the barrel etc... You can check them out here : Kara’s https://www.gouletpens.com/karas-kustoms-fountain-k/c/435 Kaweco https://www.gouletpens.com/kaweco-fountain-pens/c/115
Good luck, hope you find one that meets your needs. - J

SeadonkeyLoveJust joined the drop! Sucker for things made in LA, it will go well with my LA made Weiss watch. You're right it's only money and if it puts a smile on your face, is affordable for you and happy when you use it, why not.

j-e-gI ordered the EF stainless steel nib. I also ordered some J. Herbin Rouge Hematite ink for it as well...actually that might not be a good idea given the gold flakes potentially causing issues in the EF nib. I might just use my regular Parker Black Quink.

JdjungThat J Herbib shouldn’t give you too much trouble @Jdjung ... Jusy be diligent in flushing it regularly. I have EJerald of Chivor and Stormy Grey. I haven’t had any trouble with them. I have used them in a number of pens with different style feeds. Cleans out fairly easy from them. You will have to let us know how you like it.

SeadonkeyLoveMy EDC pen is a very conservative UK made stainless steel Parker Jotter. My signatory pen is also just a conservative Cross fountain pen. Though I don't see a lot of love online for Cross pens, I love Cross pens because of my history with them growing up.

JdjungI agree, I too used Cross pens for many years and their name seems to be absent here and in social media. I just saw they released the Ti version of the Piuma. 😬😬😬, I actually would have preferred the brass version. Maybe I’ll give this one a chance tho.
I overextended myself elf and bought like four pens lately, I need to slow down. I also got a light and a knife. So... I might let these go by until I pick up a Karas Kustom INK fountain pen with a medium nib and brass or copper grip. Ahn-young Mr. Jung, until we speak again.
