Again, I am so sorry for the mix-up. Everyone that has contacted Massdrop customer service and let me know of the issue has been sent out new prints and they shipped already. If you did receive the phonograph instead of the switch please let Massdrop customer service know asap so we can get a replacement out and rectify this situation. Also, all customers that did receive the wrong items have been given two free prints of their choice to help with the disappointment.
We should have a list shortly of all of those that got the wrong prints but so far it is has only been 9 ppl that have contacted massdrop out of 1,500 orders so please keep in mind this is not a huge widespread issue that affected everyone and we are offering two additional free prints, you keep the print you got and obviously we are paying for shipping so you are getting 3 extra prints if we screwed up so hopefully some of you will appreciate the mix-up and free prints and to the rest of you I am so sorry. It will not happen again and the issue has been fixed for moving forward.

Sorry for the delay. UPS International can be quite slow to Asia and Australia, and they don't support updates for tracking info while parcels are in transit. If you still haven't received it by the end of next week, please let us know.
