Are the soles non-marking? Also, are these mainly for style, or is there some limit to their viable sports usage? e.g., weight training fine, racquet sports not so much. Thanks, they look and sound great!

jkmcfHmm, I feel like I should have a ready answer for this question :-) Honestly, I'm not sure if the soles are non-marking. I believe that they would be, but I've never personally tried it. Please don't send me the bill if any basketball courts get destroyed!
You certainly could wear them for a racquet sport or anything really, but it would be like wearing a luxurious pair of Chuck Taylors to play Basketball. Newer shoes are probably better suited for it.
That said, I have definitely lifted weights in these before. But I'm mostly doing a slow-paced "Jersey Shore" kind of weightlifting where you do the bench press and then chill out for 5 minutes in between sets. I wouldn't advise it for Crossfit or the like.
