We've touched base with the vendor again concerning the group's order and they've informed us that a small production delay has pushed the delivery date to our warehouse back to late-July. We will remain in close touch with them to see if we can get this new estimate moved up and we'll be sure to update the group along the way with any news we receive.

TylerExactly what is wrong in the production process? I'm bummed about the delay but a little more clarification would be appreciated. First it was gathering, now it's production. Which is it?

CRDZY@CRDZY Nothing "wrong" per se, the vendor just let us know that the initial estimate for when these would be completed got pushed back a bit due to the small, MTO nature of the order and having to communicate internationally with their production facility in Portugal. Until now, we had reason to believe everything was on track but we only just recently received news suggesting this minor delay in progress from their Portugal location. Rest assured, we're working closely with them to minimize this delay and ensure everyone receives their packages as soon as possible!
