Hey group,
As promised, we contacted the vendor again yesterday and inquired about the latest on the group's order. While we expressed much of the same frustration you all have been feeling in our phone conversation and pushed for more concrete shipping estimates, the vendor was similarly disappointed in the lack of clear communication from the warehouse in Portugal and their inability to provide a better status. They've let us know that this communication gap is rather irregular since partnering with them back in 2014 and are seeking to get to the bottom of the issue.
Of course, this further delay and uncertainty about the shipping schedule is undesirable for all. While we will continue to follow up and check in with them along the way, we are still allowing cancellations for full refunds if you'd prefer not to wait any longer. You can do so by emailing Community Support using the “Contact Support” button in your transactions page (http://massdrop.com/transactions).
