jeffmackYep, just got the email. The last two drops that I have been a part of have been cancelled and not delivered. Done with Massdrop. Tired of waiting patiently for months at a time to only be let down.

droplurkerAgree! Hopefully they actually read these. In the days of Amazon and Ebay if they keep this up their may be up soon. Long list of failed concepts precede them. I also ordered these babies and got yet another "no go" email from Mass. https://crazybaby.com/air

jeffmackHi Jeff~ we definitely read these and i just posted about the reason for cancellation on this event today. Unfortunately it was a mix of unforeseen production delays and the fact that we hit the 30-day mark on the delay for these to ship out. We're terribly sorry for the inconvenience.

TomasVTo you it's 30 days. The rest of us who actually ordered this product on APRIL 8TH it's over 4 months late. Yes, I know the original order said shipping June 12th. Stop selling stuff (as nice as your stuff is) with these ludicrous months-long turnarounds. Sucky business and lots of my friends are talking about this so don't just write all of this off as a tirade from one bad apple. I've spent 1000s on your site since you started. Check for yourself.

jeffmackThe reason the shipping time was clearly stated as June 12th was because these were being made-to-order for us. Not every product we feature on our site is on hand and ready to ship, quite often we feature smaller makers and brands that are more niche and manufacture their products to order. That's part of what we offer as a platform -- a way of group buy product that's not featured on some of the other sites that you mentioned as having 2-day shipping (like Amazon or eBay). Epaulet product is manufactured in small batches in California. Quite often we feature made-to-order products on our site -- from denim to welted shoes. Usually for product that we think justifies the wait. We understand this may not be for everyone, but as a caveat to the wait we try to offer the best pricing possible to make the wait worthwhile. In this case, that is not what happened and for that we're terribly sorry. I understand that's it's ultimately a personal preference to whether you do or don't want to wait for the product to arrive. Our promise is to deliver properly, which like i said in this case we weren't able to and had to refund our customers.
