Great at first, worse after a year.
After switching from ios to android, the audio would cut out roughly every 5-10 seconds if the phone was in my pocket, then the left earbud (the one that was in charge of connecting to the phone via bluetooth) stopped charging. Occasionaly I could gett it to charge by switching it to the right charging port but soon that solution didn't work, its a shame because I liked the case and the idea of Graphene drivers. But these are not worth it if you are looking to use these for 1) more than a year or 2) on android.

Honestly, way too expensive (last drop was $99). They drop connection regularly, especially the first iteration that was released of these (reading on forums confirmed others were having similar issues with the first release). I was pretty upset I had to do the paperwork for the warranty and pay the ridiculous amount of money to ship them in for "repair/replacement" which ultimately they agreed they needed to replace. The replacement was a bit better. They are mostly comfortable, only felt some discomfort after an something like an hour or 90 mins of use, also one of more of the units would get pretty warm but not burn. There is also an annoying issue where one of the units won't turn off and is sitting "on" while in the charging case (confirmed by when you turn them on simultaneously and you only hear "power off" from one of them... and they ultimately end up dying a bit quicker than they should cuz it's been sitting on while charging wasting power). Connection would drop just from putting my phone in my pocket. The first release sometimes it would drop holding the phone in front of your face. The sound quality is pretty darn nice, but how can one enjoy it when it is dropping connection regularly? Never tried a phone call with them. I found it annoying that the sync was off when watching videos with them, so I used a different pair of headphones. I stuck to music on my 90 minute commute on the train with these. Great idea, wish we could have some more security in our purchase especially for a fairly high end product (in my low wage opinion) but it needs to be flushed out better and work out the bugs. They need to release a more solid product. Love the idea, I'll buy another release of these in a few years when they've ironed out the issues. I wish I could get my money back.

The sound quality is unusually good and neutral when they work. But they don't work very often. The primary problem is that they unpair with each other (not with the phone -- the primary still usually kept connection to the phone) in lots of environments. Perhaps it has to do with ambient electronic interference. On my walk to work, they always unpaired leaving the train station, and again on the sidewalk in a 3-block span of my walk to the office from the train. At work, they would sometimes unpair while sitting at my desk, though if I didn't get up, they could remain paired all day. Call quality was ok, but they only play a phone call through one bud, which makes conversations more difficult. Stereo call audio is very helpful, and these guys just made the wrong decision on that front. They're comfortable, and I could leave them in my ears most of the day, which was great in a noisy office. But the unreliable connection was such a nuisance and they were so likely to drop connection that I just stopped using them entirely. My search for a great pair of wireless buds goes on. Perhaps Erato will get these issues nailed down in a future product. (I did have them replace my buds, in case I just got a bad set. The replacement set was slightly worse in its tendency to drop connection, so it appears to be a design defect.)

total garbage product and the manufacturer couldn't be bothered to reply to multiple emails. massdrop made it right but save yourself some hassle and buy from a maker who supports their product

There is a slight issue with them falling out, but I am only using them while sitting at a desk, so they don't fall out too much. They have decent sound, and I haven't had much of a problem with them dropping out, though it has occurred. I like that they come with a charger. I can use them a good portion of the day and then charge them while I am away from my desk. Good for use when I come back. Rather convenient for me, actually. Not the best purchase I have ever made, but far from the worst.

These have proven to be a terrible purchase. They will not stay in your ears no matter which size earplug you use. The sound is decent, but what good is that if they will not stay in your ears easily. I would not recommend buying this product to anyone. I bought a pair of Jabbra elite wireless air phones for $35 on Amazon and they have decent sound quality and stay in my ears perfectly.

Picked these up on the last drop. There is quite a significant audio delay far worse than any other stereo BT headset I've tried and the audio in the right ear seems to drop off very often. I wouldn't waste your money on these a cheap Anker or Aukey set from Amazon will do a better job.

They sound great and suffer few dropouts. Unfortunately from my Xiaomi Mi A1 they are not loud enough for anything but at home listening. On iPhone they are louder.
