I also just finished putting them on the ErgoDox. They look nice (will be able to tell if they feel nice in some days). I would recommend though to change the 1x1 thumb keycaps: - use R5 for the top two (SP: DCS - 1X ROW 5 - BLACK (NN)) - use R1 for the middle one - use R2 for bottom one There is no R5 keycaps included in the set, but if you are lucky, Signature Plastics has some left in their inventory (http://keycapsdirect.com/key-capsinventory.php), they are only 1$ a piece. Last time I checked, there was plenty on stock (ABS though).

How do you do per-key RGB lighting on a Shift V2?

I saw the online configurator that lets you do this on the Shift V1, where it spits out a compiled firmware file to flash. The V2 doesn't seem to have this function in the Windows configurator, though. I can't imagine the answer here is "you're going to have to manually write the hex for every key in QMK, compile it, and flash that".
