Can these keycaps be used on a regular keyboard, say a 104-Key Filco?

nanoThe 3 character rows as well as the number row keys should fit a Filco just fine, but there are no caps for your F# keys, nor the numpad, nor most of the keys in the area in between (arrow cluster etc), the space bar... the ErgoDox just has 2*38 keys total. You can check the list of contents someone posted below, and compare it to a 104 key set from say wasdkeyboards dot com. Note that wasd numbers the rows bottom to top (so F# keys and number row are row 4, or R4 for short), whereas signature plastics (i.e. this group buy here) numbers them starting from the top (F# keys and number row are row number 1, or R1 for short). Maybe these pictures help, although they are for a Kinesis Advantage:
