What plans do you guys have for making yours? I'm getting the aluminum classic case, and plan on sanding the thing completely flush and anodizing it. Maybe get some different screws, and stick some foam (mousepad material) or something on the bottom to prevent desk scratches from nuts.

Pretty much the same, except I will brush mine and anodize it black. I also plan to make a custom palmrest - I really like the way keypads feel in your hand i.e. the razer nostromo, and I enjoy a higher hand position than most wristrests can offer.

dwrm@Robert if you like a higher hand position, why are you getting the classic case? Isn't it easier to mount a palmrest in the full-hand case?

dwrmSame here. I like a palm rest, but the full Hand case makes it so huge. The classic looks so nice and compact, I wanna keep that look.
