How I can debug it and get know which place is broken?

cub.uanicThe components look right, though it looks like some of the joints might be a little solder starved (unless I'm mistaken; I'm a bit new to soldering myself). http://learn.adafruit.com/adafruit-guide-excellent-soldering/common-problems Perhaps other people more experienced with troubleshooting can chime in with tips. I'm afraid I haven't had to do much troubleshooting / rework thus far. I would start by taking a multimeter and testing for continuity between the two resistors nearest the TRRS connector, and pins PD0 and PD1 on the Teensy: one resistor should connect to one of the pins, and the other should connect to the other. Both resistors should also be continuous with the "5V" pad of the USB Molex connector. If that's good and it still doesn't work, you may want to test for continuity between each of the USB Molex connector's pins, and the 5 traces coming off the back of the USB connector on the Teensy itself: one of the traces on the Teensy should not connect to anything, and the other 4 should connect to one (and only one) of the pins of the USB Molex connector (don't worry about which goes to which). If all that's right, it should at least register as a keyboard in the OS. Also, when using the multimeter, be sure to check for continuity on multiple points on each solder joint. If it doesn't work for all (or at least most?) of them, you may need to reflow the joint.

benblazakHi Ben, I has fixed my Ergodox - I made mistake with soldering, there was short circuit. Thanks for detailed explanation how to test it, this really helped me to solve this puzzle. After fixing this all works like charm! The only question that I have - is qwerty-kinesis-mod have assigned Teensy key somewhere?

cub.uanicGlad you got it working :) The qwerty-kinesis-mod layout does have the Teensy key assigned, on the top left corner of layer 2 on the left hand side (hold the two 1.5x keys nearest the center of each hand, closest to the thumb cluster, and then press the key in the upper left corner of the left hand side). Just for reference, here's where it's defined in the source: - rev-1: https://github.com/benblazak/ergodox-firmware/blob/master/src/keyboard/ergodox/layout/qwerty-kinesis-mod.c#L213 - rev-2: https://github.com/benblazak/ergodox-firmware/blob/partial-rewrite/firmware/keyboard/ergodox/layout/qwerty-kinesis-mod.c#L124
