This seems to be happening more frequently than not when I get something from MassDrop. Any chance in future negotiations for pricing, could you negotiate some form of SLA on expected ship date upon successful drop?
I think it's reasonable given a big group of orders. Perhaps they can give a vendor chargeback so you can provide us a discount on a future drop or something. I just think it's poor customer service all around when this sort of stuff drags on for so long.
