The reason that there is sag is because the wings are extended to their maximum length. It is in the nature of the product that there will be sag with extendable arms. Lucky for you, the engineering team at Ergotech took this into account and designed the height adjustable pivots to counter this!
The exterior monitors have 1.5" of up or down microadjustment (total of 3") so that you can tile your monitors perfectly and counteract the sag that you see.
