So I have STILL NOT RECEIVED my stand... My shipping label was made November 25th, I got a shipping confirmation on Dec 6th, and today is now Dec 16th (20 mins til 5pm). I must admit, I am a bit peeved...
And yes, I contacted support but not heard back yet.
