Wow, what magical metal is this constructed of? I know Esee makes a good knife; but what does my $150 get me?? I researched cleavers on Amazon, and many similar ones with excellent ratings and reviews came up starting at $15, 20, 30, etc.... Is it "tactical", of "stealthy" ? Something James Bond would use, or that famous British "Survivor" dude?
