Known for their custom guitars with unique artwork, ESP has done it again with this new, Limited Edition Vincent Price Electric Guitar. The guitar features a close-up of Price sporting his distinctive, pencil-thin mustache from the cover of issue number 254 of Famous Monsters of Filmland—an issue dedicated to Price’s achievements and influence on the horror genre. Beloved by many for his iconic voice that lent itself to dozens of horror classics including “House of Wax”, “The Fly”, and “House on Haunted Hill”, this limited edition guitar is a must have for Price fans, collectors, and horror enthusiasts. With only a handful in production, we were able to secure some of the last available units for this rare drop.
Note: This drop is limited to 50 units. Shipping for this drop is available to US and CA addresses only.
Constructed with an Alder body, Maple neck, and Ebony fingerboard, this ESP guitar provides ideal playability, design, and craftsmanship. The double-cutaway shape allows you to fit your hand closer to the body to play higher notes. The fingerboard offers 24 XJ frets along its thin-U neck contour. The guitar’s unique inlay between the nut and the 12th fret pictures the famous pendulum from Price’s 1961 film, “The Pit and the Pendulum.” The 15th, 17th, 19th, 21st, and 24th frets have inlayed nacre blood droplets which add to the guitar’s eerie, menacing look.
