Is this really discounted to a quarter (almost) of the retail price? Does this really sell for retail somewhere? 🤔
(Edited)
BobrazIt goes the same for the Eterna mechanical watches. They make nice watches, but they have a hard time selling them at or very close to MSRP, I guess the brand isn't strong enough these days.

Which “Ronda 6004.B” movement is in this watch? What little research I’ve done said there’s a gold plated, 5-jewel Swiss made version as well as a nickel plated 1-jewel “Swiss parts” version that I assume is assembled elsewhere. Which of the two movements is used in this watch marked down to $280?

LeeSEI’d imagine it would be the Swiss made version given the dials marked “Swiss made” which has legal restrictions on the entire watch; parts and assembly and development being Swiss. Personally it being quartz I can usu find similar value in eta auto movement watches from Tissot etc.

AkMikesQuick net search yields this; “The Contemporary 2971.41.46.1327 movement is a powered by caliber 6004.B made by Ronda. The 5-jewel quartz movement is 25.9mm in diameter.”

Nice looking watch. Good size. And I like that the date is featured as opposed to being crammed in as an afterthought.
