Super practical
I always want to have my keys with me but iI don’t like having the bottom of my suit ‘s pockets full. So my keys are in my pocket but hanged on my belt. Practical, nice looking.

I should have read the reviews. I can’t recall how much I paid for this but whatever it was, it was to much. Not just cheap feeling but the difference between the chain links, the hook, and the other parts is unbelievable. Guess you get what you pay for but expected a little more from massdrop
B-DunHi, the brass that's used to make the chain links and the hardware is the same. However, the links and the hardware are manufactured a bit different. The hardware is casted then polished numerous times while the links are bent from brass wire and grinded though the sander. This explains the difference in finishing between the parts. The hardware is polished to near a mirror finish, which makes it a bit more resistant to oxidizing. By the time the items are shipped to your doorstep, the brass links may oxidize a bit more than the other hardware even if they are individually packaged. As drop shipping takes about a month to the warehouse and then to your home. When the patina starts developing when you start using it, the chain links and the hardware will have a uniform color.

colin.chIt seems you are missing the point. It has little to do with color but overall with the poor quality of the overal product. This is not something that is designed to go together but rather a collection of stuff that you have thrown together out of multiple parts. It is truly a Frankenstein. As you know, I am not a big fan of what you are peddling!

I too feel bamboozled. The hardware just does not appear to be the same. Hopefully my picture does it justice. It also feels weak, I would not trust my keys on it. So disappointed.

Photos have been updated for this this re-run. We're gonna use a slightly thicker chain, although the previous version would easily hold up to daily use.

Colin likes to play with imagery to make the product more appealing than it truly is.

The 4/19 drop was deceptively photographed. When received, the proportion are much different. The actual dongle is way too long, and the hardware is cheap and flimsy including the chain which does not mach the rest of the brass. If I go to ACE, I could bambuzle something together that would be much more solid. I had intended both as gifts, but I am not going to embarrass either my loved ones or myself. What a bunch of crap. Edit: In my first review I had a picture attached which however disappeared. I am re-attaching. Something funky's going on
