BazainIt's because it supposedly is being printed in low quantity. The video below kind of explains it. The problem is you might not be able to even pick any packs up for less than what retail is supposed to be.

AnnomalyYeah I totally agree with MTG Goldfish. My post wasn't that it was worth it. It was more of just an explanation of the high prices. I bought a box of modern masters 2015 and it's value "if" were able to sell everything from it was 147 dollars... I joined this drop, because I got really excited. Thought about it, and cancelled. I'm going with buying the singles, or possibly picking up a 4x commons uncommons set on ebay, then buying the singles for rares.
Update: [My wife just said that she would buy me this for father's day.... ] Yeah... I'm getting the box. :)

BazainAs I'm typing this, booster boxes of EMA are selling for $340 - $350 on some of the major MTG sites. So compared to that, this is a good deal. But yeah, it just seems crazy to pay that much for a booster box with a fairly low estimated value.
