I received mine on Saturday, and the left driver didn't work, swapped the buds around (switching the left and right buds on the cable) and the left still didn't work. My cable is defective. Contacted Massdrop and haven't received a response yet.
The funny thing is that Etymotic HQ is literally a 15 minute drive for me :p
Update: Massdrop is an official distributer for Etymotic products, they're covered under the manufacturer warranty.
Was this confirmed by a Massdrop employee? Or did you contact Etymotic for clarification? Thanks!
I contacted Etymotic CS to see how much an out of warranty cable would cost. They told me that since Massdrop was one of their official distributors, I was actually under warranty.
