Some others got messages that the shipment was delayed by a month but I didn't hear anything. I can't contact anyone and aside from this discussion, I have no clue where to look to find out where my earplugs are. This is really crap service. The concert that I bought these for waaay in advance is tomorrow and I'm really disappointed.
