Before anyone asks, these are compatible with hot-swap boards just like any other MX switch, but you'll need to clip the two plastic pins off each switch for most boards (such as the Ctrl and Alt) since a lot tend not to support PCB mounting pins like that. It's not a huge job though. I've done it for a couple of my boards already.

I haven't had any issues clipping PBT pins when I've needed to, but I use a small pair of hobbyist clippers to do it.

LevelSteamI use nail clippers for mine, usually new-er ones with sharper blades. Works like a charm.

Hm, you may be right. The area holding these holes for through-hole LEDs is transparent so I thought it'd be fine and still function as a light shaft, but I didn't think about spacing.

this Is very nit-picky but I feel like I’m not the only one in this boat. There’s no package for tkl which I feel is more common than one where 70 switches would be more ideal.

I am relative Newbie with mechanical switches OTHER than Cherry. I am almost a continuous user of Cherry MX Browns. I use to use blacks but the browns suit me MUCH better. I game with things such at the Witcher series etc. I have a Shift on order with Halo Trues which are 60g tactile, I was thinking with the LEDs PLUS being 15g lighter in pressing down these would make a decent positive change? Any thoughts? I didn't order Panda's since they would affect the brightness of the LEDs, that is important to me. Any input is always appreciated. I currently use a Ducky Shine 7 Year of the Dog but this keyboard looked to offer quite a bit for the money. Thanks in advance!

re: Zeal products, there's a very good reason why they sell at the price they're at. Nothing is quite as good as them, in my experience. That being said, these exist at a rather lower price point.

Are these just Oreos in a new color? The spring weight looks the same. Is this the cheapest way to get Everglide/Durock housings? I'd be doing something nasty like swapping in silent brown stems so I just want low wobble.
RayndalfYes very similar to the Oreo switches ;)
