I still haven't received my package and am getting a bit antsy. I have sent an email to massdrop a week ago and still have had no reply. The tracking says on 19 August consignee contacted for payment but I have never received a card. Very nervous about this.

Great news group! The vendor has let us know that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse now. Based on the tracking provided these are scheduled to come in 8/14. Our warehouse team has been forwarded tracking info and will be standing by, ready to get these packed up and turned around as soon as they come in.
Sometimes shipments get delayed en route, not to worry as we will keep the group posted throughout the process and notify you all if anything causes delay.
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 8/17 or sooner if something comes up.

When would we be charged for this drop? When it ends in 4 days or when it ships on the 21st?

You are only charged when the drop ends. If you join a drop with Paypal, it will charge your credit card and "hold" your money, like at an auction. If the drop is unsuccessful, Paypal will return your money. Massdrop only collects the money after the buy has ended. Everyone is charged the same price based on the number of participants and the price point that was reached.

It appears you might have two accounts, and all of the purchases you made on are on the other account. Rest assured, your purchase history is safe and sound :)
Our Support team is on it, and we'll be responding to your ticket shortly.
Quick update for the group, our team has received the fabric and is currently cutting it now! We should have everything ready for shipment on 6/3 ahead of schedule! We will update the group as soon as these are picked up and on the way to you.

Quick update for the group. We are in contact with the vendor and awaiting updated shipment estimates from them. We have a call scheduled first thing tomorrow morning and should get a bit more visibility in regards to when we can expect these in our warehouse.
We will update the group as soon as these are on the way. Currently we expect that these will be in our warehouse inline with the expected ship date listed in the drop description page.
