I went with this drop cause i thought there was going to be 2 bracelets not just one. by the time i had bought it i paid the full price and only got one with no notifications on the changes. not cool at all.

Again problem with sending package? What is the reason for delay now? Have read the discussion here and even was promised that action was taken to avoid that, situation is still same.. Maybe will be better to provide more realistic date for expected sending?

ASs a long standing member of the Executive Society , I must object to the addition of avocado toast to our board meeting breakfast. For as long as memory can recollect, the board room breakfast has been muffins, croissants and a pile of untoasted bagels with individual portions of cream cheese.
If we allow this one encroachment of millennialism, next thing you know we will be wiping our behinds with kale!
I will be bringing this up with the Executive Society leadership.

Nice, Massdrop canceled the order and gave $5 credit. How did these get backordered?
Wanted to be proven wrong about these things and be genuinely impressed upon their arrival, but I guess this is a sign to look elsewhere. Was actually kinda looking forward to these, sadly. Thanks for trying though.

MadotsukiThey're actually pretty nice. I know ES has been sold out of most of these on their website for some time. I grabbed some with a coupon code from them directly earlier this year after getting 2 from MD. That being said, the elastic ones are too tight for my wrist and the drawstring ones have too much dangling. I found someone on Etsy that makes similar things but with customized sizing, so I can get an elastic one that fits comfortably. They also have much more variation in stones.

vinberdonThanks for that. Admittedly I was blowing off a bit of steam but calmed down and decided to give it another shot since the drop restarted in the same week that my order canceled. I got $5 credit so it's pretty much like $11 each shipped, which is definitely more along the lines of the price I'm comfortable with. Now to wait until November, I guess. Hoping things go well this time.

some kind of communication for this drop would be awesome this is now the third drop that I have been a part off that has gone over is estimated ship date by a month whith no communication.

Bigk23You don't understand, man. Takes a lot of time to produce rocks and elastic bands. Huge manufacturing time. Can't possibly get them to Massdrop warehouse in a timely fashion. Honestly legitimately wondering where the disconnect is here. When they sent me the delay email I thought they meant it'd be a week or something from shipments getting tied up, but by this point I literally could have just ordered some bracelets from Taobao/Aliexpress and gotten them by now. Only reason I haven't canceled my order is because they do seem like good sports in the comments, and I don't think it's their fault. Feels like someone at Massdrop probably just lost the shipment somewhere and forgot it went missing. Seriously, how hard is it to get bracelets?

MadotsukiAppreciate the patience here. It's honestly just all the logistical steps when it comes with on demand sales like these. Lot's of hand off points that slow the process way down. I hate that these get delayed sometimes. Sorry guys.

I just received my two bracelets today. Unfortunately on one of the bracelets, there is a large indent on one of the beads, and another bead on the same bracelet has a large crack along the side. Haven't been able to take a look at the other bracelet yet, but so far it seems like there are some quality control issues.

danglWow, yours came already? Mine still haven't even shipped yet. Guess one of the bands I picked just happened to be one they're having issues with getting out.
