Lovetowrite@Lovetowrite I have the XS with me, and the top to bottom length is 28 inches.

ChristineLim@ChristineLim I have somewhat generous hips but a smaller bust and am 5'3/120. Do you think I should size down? I have seen another review that says it runs large but I don't want it to be tight.

lulubird6@lulubird6 5'2/120 here :) If you size up the dress option may not be a good fit, but if you size down even if it's a bit snug you should still be able to adjust it on your waist or hips to a spot that's comfortable.
