Light, Compact Sleeping Pad
Weighing just over 1 pound, Exped’s SynMat UL 7 M is not only lightweight but also compact, as it collapses to about the size of a liter bottle when packed. It’s made of ultralight 20-denier fabric and laminated with synthetic TPU polyether microfiber, which helps to preserve loft. And with an R-value of 3.3, plus an inflated thickness of nearly 3 inches, this 6-foot sleeping pad protects against temperatures as low as 28.4 degrees Fahrenheit.
Note: This drop is limited to 30 sleeping pads, and only is available in the size Medium (72" x 20.5").
Inflation & Deflation
For easy inflation, the SynMat UL 7 features flat-valve technology with inflate and deflate valves. There are two ways to inflate this sleeping mat. Simply take about 35 seconds and 20 breaths to do it yourself. Or, attach an external pump, like Exped’s Pillow Pump or Mini Pump (not included) to the inflate valve with your foot or hand. Deflating is as easy as pulling the deflate flap and rolling the mat to release the air.
