Just purchased the version 2. Hope it holds up better than the 1st attempt (received Feb 2014). Just contacted EZGO to see about warranty on the 1st on (elastic band lost tension, no longer holds bills securely) they offered a 20% discount towards the purchase of a replacement. I said it was ok, will just order another one on Md. Nice design, but not much of a warranty. But it is only $20!
Update: Continued email conversations with EZGO, offered to make it right and send a replacement, now that is the way to stand behind your product! I declined, as mentioned I just ordered another from Md.
