So it... kind of... arrived. Let me tell you a story, if I may.
Yesterday morning I received notice from our local customs office (I am in Germany) that a shipment was held because the shipper (Dotcom Distribution) had neglected to follow procedure and declare the contents as well as its value on the outside of the package.
This morning this meant I had to take a half day off work (Customs is only open in the mornings here) and take train and bus for 45 miles to get there. I had to wait in line, prove my bonafides, provide a bank receipt for the payment, pay $2 for storage and handling, and then finally got my package. None of that would have been necessary had Dotcom Distribution put the required label on the outside.
But it gets better. Opening the package (which I'd now paid almost twice as much for) I see only one wallet, the 1st Ed black Ferrari. NO mention, NO communication, that one of my wallets wasn't being sent with the other. Nothing. Which means I have to likely go through all this again. And, maybe, a few more times with other things I'd joined.
Most helpfully the change has been mentioned in the enclosed packing slip. Not, however, anywhere else.

jml2061As much as this has nothing to do with EZGO Wallet, i am still very disappointed you had to go through such trouble to only get partial delivery! Really sorry and if there is anything I can do to make your user experience better please email me at daniel@ezgowallet.com and we can resolve this for you. Best regards, Daniel
