A week ago my order status was changed to "shipped" but when I track it it still reads: "Shipment information received by UPS Mail Innovations". This probably means the shipping label has been printed but the order has not actually shipped yet. I understand its a big drop and things take time and that's fine. But the lack of updates is frustrating. Writing a few words on the overall shipping status every other day does not seem like asking too much.

heikkiUPS doesn't update the tracking status for international packages, as per the note under your transaction status.

"This probably means the shipping label has been printed but the order has not shipped yet." is incorrect.
It's confusing, but it means the difference when you pay $4 for international shipping instead of $20.

MarkThank you for the fast reply. I was under the impression that you could track the package until it got to the border. I am sorry for jumping to conclusion. It brings me great joy knowing the package is on its way.

MarkThank you for the fast update. I also thought the same as heikk (that there will be tracking by UPS until it hands it over to USPS and Canada Post).
