I am disappointed that it has taken so long to deliver my EZGO Wallet to Hong Kong. If I must know why this is going to take longer, shouldn't you provide me an explanation where it might have been delayed or else you could follow up the delivery status and provide ongoing feedback?

YausterYauster, have you even read the updates? Namely the one posted 2 days ago? They said that they are about to receive and repackage the EZGOs.
