Ahh, well. There you go... Just too pretty to ignore - and at a better price than it'll ever be here in the UK. I have some kitcken knives with SG2 steel, and the Massdrop Spyderco Delica - it's a really nice steel... and I'm a sucker for something a little bit different like this.
MandoBearRemember now this is again the law in the new knife laws and the extra import and po charges although still cheaper than full price does take some of the shine from these knives I’m all ways gutted when instead of knife I’ve a card through door with charges
MandoBear#one jealous Geordie
😂
Did u see in papers about the raids on people buying knives from abroad
they say because there sold on websites does not mean they are legal in Uk and and knife that locks isn’t and that defence of ignorance is no defence any more there stripping us of everything
but im glad yours got through ok 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
RobwoofCan't say I read the papers - too much rubbish and false information in most of them. As far as I'm aware, it's not illegal to carry a knife in public with a locking blade - provided you have "good reason". However, justifying "good reason" is somewhat harder to pin down. It might be that a locking blade is necessary/safer for your work etc...
The current legal position in the UK has not (yet) changed - the law is summarised here: https://www.gov.uk/buying-carrying-knives
I've been carrying a folding knife in my pocket since I was in my early teens. Never been stopped, never had a problem.
