Can someone help me understand why the max beam distance is only 148ft on the Mizpah160, while the Mizpah300's is 318ft? From what I've heard, they have the sames bulbs/led's in them, but is the 300 more powerful somehow? I wouldn't think is has anything to do with the extra battery in the 300, because when on high (at roughly the same lumen output) the Mizpah300 has twice the battery life....
On the Factor website the 300 is 27.50 and if you join as a VIP member(free) usps priority shipping is free. I got my first 300 yesterday and ordered two more today. All products are on sale until 6/9.
I know what the user manual says But they both have the same cree lamp. If the 160 can take the 14500 and boost the output to 500 lumens just wondering why you couldnt use the 14500 in the 300??? The 300 appeal to me is its longer length but I would like it to be as bright as possible even if that meant putting in one 14500 .
The Mizpah 160 has the option of a 14500 battery. How about the 300??? If you can boost the output of the 160 what might you get with 1 or 2 of the l4500's in the Mizpah 300
Um. This is $26.95 on Factor Equipment's own site right now. Plus $5 shipping per order (US). Maybe it's their 25% off sale until June 10th, but why buy it from MD now?
