Just received mine and was very sad to find that my shoes do not fit. Apparently I used the wrong conversion chart (Zappos is full of shit). I'm a size 9.5 US and thought that equated to a size 40 European, but I actually need a 43 or so.
Be sure to consult multiple sources before buying. And if anyone wants to swap... let me know.

SaltedfishLooks like you may have used the women's size conversion chart, friend. The men's chart shows 9.5 as 42-43, whereas the women's shoes 9.5 as 39-40, the exact plight you described. Better luck next time though!
