Hi, how do I contact Faler Brand Belt directly? Received a belt from the latest drop, but unfortunately came too small; I’m a size 30 pants and went with belt size 32 and it doesn’t even go through the first hole. Hoping I can get it replaced with a larger size.

please somebody - post here what size chicago screws to replace these? I lost the screws in a public restroom when they unscrewed themselves off. Please loctite your screws when you receive them! I emailed Faler and no response from him after over 1 week.

Faler never replied despite 2 direct emails to him - I offered to buy the screws from him both times, never asked for a freebie. His business is either closed or this guy is a deadbeat vendor. I also sent message to MassDrop and they were no help - telling me only that the belt was "out of warranty" .

@Faler.Brand: can you please tell me if these will be shipped via USPS or Asendia (I'm in Canada)? I would hate it to be DHL or FedEx 😵

TomasVThanks, but I will have no time to do this before the drop ends. I would have taken two but am worried about the DHL thing (they hit us hard with all kinds of fees and whatnot).

Is this belt full grain leather? Also, will this drop have finished edges, as it states in the description, or will it be unfinished like the last drop? Thanks!

i lost both screws and its past the warranty period so support won't help. can anyone post where they have been able to find some adequate replacements? i checked the chicago screws website and i have to buy 100... thanks for any help

I wasn't particularly impressed with the belt I got from a drop in May. The edges weren't finished which makes the belt look rough, particularly in black color. The edges weren't burnished and waxed as it says they are. Also one of the screws got loose and fell out, like others had happen to them. I bought a couple replacement screws off of ebay, hoping they will fit the belt. For a simple thing such as a belt this is a bit ridiculous. Should have bought a Filson or Orion belt instead.

I also recieved my Russet-colored one few days ago through the Massdrop Bazaar. The Russet is the same color in the Description page but my edges are not burnished. The leather is quite light weight in comparison to my Orion so some people who knows leather might know if heft means quality in terms of belts. I honestly don't mind as long as this will turn out durable in the long run. A few days wearing with my jeans and the scratches and patina is already giving mine character which kinda looks good. So my initial plan of purchasing this for formal wear is out the window (scratches). But its a good blue jeans belt. And because of the light weight and smoothness and size/shape of the buckle, this might be my go-to belt for traveling. Won't have any discomforts at all if I'll end up sleeping in airports or cars (like buckles against the skin of your belly when lying down). I'll keep an eye out on this 'screws loosening' situation and might have to use glue or my girlfriend's clear nailpolish to remedy this.

Hey i bought this belt a few months ago in Russet with Nickel belt bucket color and have now lost one of the screws near the buckle, can you suggest which/where to get one? Thanks

I had the same issue as Grue, I emailed Faler support, they said they would send hardware and it's now been almost two weeks with no hardware and no reply to my most recent email. This just makes the lack of finish on the belt more disappointing.
