Hello, the hardware that holds the belt together wasn't screwed together tight enough and on of my first times wearing the belt, when i undid it to use the restroom, the hardware just fell out into the toilet. Is there any way you can send me new hardware?

cole69Hi Cole69, Chicago crews can come loose, I have had this problem many times, but they do come in handy when it comes time to change buckles. To stop the screws from loosening you can always add a bit of glue to the post before you screw it together. Please contact me via email and send over your address, I will send you over new hardware. -John falerbrand@gmail.com

cole69All,
As a general statement - always go through our customer support for items purchased on Massdrop, not through the vendor. We will handle everything and the whole process will be much easier for you( and it gives a better picture of any issues that may have come up in a drop).
You can reach our support team at massdrop.com/support.

IanAndersonI've contacted support twice. It's been over a week and there hasn't been a single response.

IanAndersonHi Ian, I am in the same situation as many others here. The hardware on my belt fell apart. I have twice contacted customer support as you suggested but haven't heard anything. I would appreciate any help.

IanAndersonHey, one of my chicago screws fell off the belt today. It also seems that I hadn't noticed the edges were supposed to look burnished and waxed. It looks pretty plain or perhaps just half finished. The pictures are in my support email, please check it out and let me know if the belt has been finished correctly. I can get the Chicago Screw issue fixed myself or through a local leather guy I'm sure, but the lack of burnishing and wax would be something I'm a bit concerned about.
