Fallkniven Delta 6.3" Santoku Knife

3mm thick, with a large convex grind, that short little blade....and they call this a chef knife? 🤣 Fallkniven doesn't know how to break out of their outdoor knife molds apparently. That thing looks like an axe on that choil shot lol I wanna see someone cleanly slice any hard veggie without snapping it before reaching the board. Wedge City, next exit 😳 There are so many better ways to spend $200+ on kitchen knives that is not even worth listing better alternatives

You guys have some odd ideas as to what people EDC. And going over $200 for a chef knife that isn't a chef knife (looks more like a santoku) and isn't even forged? Yikes.

Despite Fallkniven being a good brand and my interest in cooking knives, I think I'll pass on Everyday Carry of this particular knife. 😉
