We've just touched base again with the vendor regarding the group's order and they've told us that a minor delay receiving these units has slowed their ability to ship each out in the originally expected time frame. Rest assured, we are monitoring fulfillment closely and will notify the group as soon as we've confirmed that everything has been sent out to you all.
Thanks once again for your patience and expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 2/12 or sooner if something comes up.

TylerGiven we've paid the cost of the drop back on 1/19, the delay seems wrong. Do you want to refund the price until the drop is completed?
