Thanks to its width and density (it won’t even float in water), the handle offers a full grip for confidence during light and heavy-duty cuts. Because edge retention is of utmost importance in the field, the SK2L Embla comes with a 3.9-inch blade made of premium, laminated cobalt steel. Hardened to 60 on the Rockwell scale, the blade rarely ever needs sharpening. Finally, this mid-sized beauty comes with a low-hanging leather sheath for proper belt carry.
