LtBeefyYes, that's what the MSRP actually is. $3.99 is the MSRP for the packs, multiplied by 36. There isn't technically a "deal" for boxes from WOC and never has been; the pricing scheme is done via competitive retailers.
Whoever the vendor is, they must have a surplus of FRF they need to get rid of, because the money they make off per booster box at the lowest price on MD isn't even much.

MeowmixingEvery store I've been to in person sells booster boxes at 90-100. Amazon, eBay and even the pricy StarCityGames sell booster boxes in the price range of 90-100. Have never seen or heard of someone paying 144$ for a in standard current booster box. So yeah the 95$ I'd buy a booster box is same I'd pay at either ebay or Amazon with free shipping and save 5$ or I could pay 100 and pick it up at local game store. Well anyway I'm out of the discussion. This drop just isn't for me.

LtBeefyWhen a reseller purchases booster boxes from WOC, the pricing is done per pack. Market has become really saturated and hence the pricing gone down as an expectation. Which isn't a bad thing, considering it's cardboard. Haha.
