You received a defective example of this product, but instead of contacting Massdrop support for a replacement, you kept it, used it until it fell apart, and threw it out. Why didn't you just get it replaced when you realized it was defective? Speaking as someone who has returned a defective product to Massdrop a couple of times, they're really good about taking care of those kind of issues. You'll either get a replacement or your money back. Every time. It's frustrating when you want the product but all they can give you is a refund, but you didn't even try to get either? That's on you, not on Feather or Massdrop.
