Sorry for the relatively lack of update for the second batch of the order.
We have just gotten confirmation from Feather that they have shipped the second batch of the order out to us late last week. We are expecting to receive it towards end of the week.
If the shipment arrives as expected, we should be able to ship out all the remaining order within the week.

That's good, but since the email came via Massdrop a sincere apology is in order. Who's fault is it that you hired poor representatives? The customers?
